William H. Farmer b. 1842 d. 1884 and Mary Elizabeth Farmer (Highfill) b. 25 Feb 1853 d. Sep 1929 both buried at the Old Martin Family Cemetery.  William and Mary were married 8 Oct 1874 in Weakley County.

William H. Farmer was the son of John F. Farmer b. 1801 d. Mar 1881 and
Elizabeth E. Farmer (Martin) b. 22 Dec 1802 d. 12 Jul 1871

Mary Elizabeth Farmer was the daughter of David Hamton Highfill b. 21 Jul
1825 d. 26 Jul 1907 and Sarah H. McMichael b. 25 Aug 1829 d. 25 Sep 1896.
