Minister’s Father Dies In DeKalb Columbus W. Adkins, 81, died at his home in Dowelltown, DeKalb county, Wednesday of last week, following a lingering illness. He was the father of Rev. H.C. Adkins, Baptist mission worker and minister of McMinnville. Funeral services were held at Dowelltown Thursday and burial was in Whorton Springs cemetery. Victor P. Adair Dies At Hospital Victor P. Adair, 77, retired railroad employee, died at Faulkner Springs hospital Sunday morning at 10:30 o’clock. He had been admitted to the hospital for treatment of asthma and his death was unexpected. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Rock Island Presbyterian Church. John W.
