Bobbie Kelley Bess, 94 Rock Island resident and Warren County native Bobbie Kelley Bess, 94, died Aug. 24 at NHC Healthcare after an extended illness. A homemaker and farmer, she was the daughter of Bedford Forest and Clara Bluhm Kelley, and was preceded in death by her husband, John Bryan Bess in 1971. She is survived by one sister, Mary Ann Bugbee of Tullahoma; one half brother, Billy Kelley of Clarksville; several nieces and nephews. Services were held Tuesday at…
