Mrs. Sidney Williams, age 33, died at her home in Morgantown at 2:30 Monday morning, after a lingering illness. She joined the Big Springs church at Loyston, Tenn., early in life and was active in church work. She and her family moved to Morgantown four years ago.
She is survived by her husband, four children, James, Mabel, Edith and Grace; two brothers, Fred Ford and G. W. Ford of Loyston, Tenn.; four sisters, Miss Sarah Ford and Mrs. Orlena Smith, of Knoxville; Miss Viola Ford and Mrs. Matilda Melton of Loyston, Tenn. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday by Rev. H. K. Keith at the Cove cemetery, where interment followed. Pallbearers were: Gayter Morgan, Henniger Wilson, George Morgan, and Alvin Morgan.
