This single grave is enclosed by a stone border.

On the south side of this lot:

On the west border of this lot:
In 1937 Ingram James read the inscription on this tombstone as Charles Suthers with the date 1853. The upper portion of this tombstone is now missing but the death date March 1853 may be detected. Court records reveal that an estate administrator was appointed for estate of Charles C. Suthers who died in 1853.

On the north side of this lot, close to the street is an uninscribed grave-length slab with the "stump" of a tombstone on which in 1937 could be read:
Dreb Laws, 1810-1876, Sterling, Scotland, CSA soldier.
