BEECH POINT.
A small settlement and post office, located on Clover Creek, in the western part of Obion County, 12 miles from Troy, the county seat, and 177 from Nashville. Ship to Obion Station, 7 miles distant, on the Paducah and Memphis Railroad. Pork, beef and cotton are the exports from this section. Population, 60. Mail weekly. E. C. Carroll, post-master.
