Mrs. Juanita V. Jones, 100 years old, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday March 18, 2012, at the Life Care Center of Morgan County.
Juanita was born October 4, 1911 in Morgan County. She was a lifelong member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Ott and Rachel Schubert, husband Ross Jones, Sr. Sons: Ross Jones, Jr. and Jack Jones, sisters: Mary Green, Merilynn Schubert, Geraldine Adkisson, Arietta Kenney, Glenna Schubert, Brothers: Anderson Schubert, Henderson Schubert, Woodrow Schubert. She is survived by Sons: Larry D. & wife JoAnn Jones of Harriman, TN; Roy E. & wife Wanda Jones of Wartburg, TN; Sister: Wanda Shipe & husband Harry. Special Niece: Trula Ruppe; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a host of other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends Monday March 19, 2012, from 6 to 8 PM Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 8 PM with Dr. Paul Frick officiating.
