Know all persons that I Mary Whitsett being advanced in life but of sound mind and good memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills by me at any time made.

First. I give and bequeath to grandson William J. Rambo all my household goods, kitchen utensils and my wash kettle.

Second. I bequeath to the said William J. Rambo the one half value of a tract of land which I entered having sold the other half to Samuel C. Rambo in his life time. In the division of the lands, the land which I entered fell to John Whitsett and in exchange for my part I got land in what we call the old place and this is what I bequeath to said William J. Rambo.

Third. My home place which was bequeathed to me by my son Joseph Whitsett I also give and bequeath to said W. J. Rambo.

This day came into open Court Otto McGahey and R. M. Luna the two subscribing witnesses to the forgoing will of Mary Whitsett, who after being first duly sworn proved the due execution of the said will by the Testatrix upon the day and date therein named; Whereupon the Court ordered the same certified and the Will recorded.
