I Jessee STILWELL do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby making void all other will by me at any time made –
It is my just will and desire that all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible –
2nd I give and bequeth all property both real and personal to my belove wife Mary STILWELL during her natural life I also give her the following property to dispose of as she may see proper, to wit, my mare, her saddle, bridle & blanket one Cow and Calf one saw and seven shoats three pork Hogs my Corner Cupboard with its Contents my folding leaf Table one chest three feather Beds headsteads & bed clothes one Rocking chair and five other Chairs all of the kitchen funiture –
3rd I give and bequeath to Elias S. JENNINGS Alice Jane JENNINGS and Martha Ann JENNINGS Ten Dollars each –
4th I give and bequeth all the Ballance of my property no heretofore disposed of to my son James O. STILWELL – Lastly I hereby nominate my son James O STILWELL my Executor In Testimony whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 21st day of January 1848.
