Runions, Sandra Joyce
Sandra Joyce Runions, left this world on February 10, 2024, at the age of 65. She was born on September 23, 1958, in Hampshire, TN to the late Clyde Cletus Vaughn, Sr. and Wilma Jean (Estes) Vaughn.

Joyce was famous in her family for her chocolate oatmeal cookies. These treats were a beloved staple at family gatherings and among her neighbors, who fondly called her the “Mayor of North Pine.”
In addition to her parents, Cyde and Wilma, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Robin Runions and her granddaughter, Abby Carter.
Joyce leaves behind her children, Eddie (Michelle) Runions, Bobby (Angela) Runions, Dixie (Scott) Kolinski, Ashley (Jonathan) Pugh, and Paula Runions; siblings, Bertha (Joe) Fowlkes, Wilma Sue Carney, Ethel Hinson, Clyde Vaughn, Jr., Jimmy (Pauline) Vaughn, Sr., Paul (Teresa) Vaughn; grandchildren, Jasmine Kolinski, Taylor Clark, Hunter Runions, Dakoda Runions, Dillan Runions, Daultan Runions, Kally Runions, Payton Tripp, and Preston Tripp; and great-grandchildren, Levi Carter, Kellie Carter, and Alayah Carter.
