ALLEN
My grandfather(James Shelton ALLEN) was buried in Barnesville Commuinity Cemetery, he died 1920. His son James “Russell” ALLEN, was born in 1900 and he was 20 yrs of age when his father died. No name is on the grave, because they could not afford a marker. We only know the he is buried there because Russell ALLEN told me 2 years before he died. He showed me where Shell ALLEN was buried and there was a rock on the spot. Of course, it is gone now. Is there any way that I could get a record of his death? OR, names be placed at the Church when a person dies, they did not do this and they have no records of deaths at the Church. Cemetery at Barnesville Baptist Freewill Church. Thank You, Joyce A. Luna

Alfred was married to Lillian PETTUS on December 25, 1942. Alfred listed his residence as Minor Hill, TN. Alfred was my father’s brother.
