Bradley HILL born between 1816-1820 some family say Lawerence Co. TN. He appears on the 1840 Census Arkansas. His children’s names are: Martha, James John, Ephraim, William L.{Bud} Jesse Monroe and Nancy Hill. I am looking for his parents. Bradley HILL came to Conway Co. Arkansas in 1838 with Mr. Ephraim Lemley, wagon train I think. Any information would be appreciated as he is my brick wall. Bradley is said to have sisters, and his mother name is Polly, so I guess it a Mary.

BRUMLEY/BROMLEY, HARTWICK
Hi, I’m looking for info on Coonrod HARTWICK, who may have been married to Eleanor Temperance Brumley. Temperance Hartwick is listed on Coonrod’s Estate Sale, but not as his widow. She was born about 1808. She is listed on the 1840 Census Lawrence Co. as head of household, which would follow since Coonrod died Feb. 22, 1837. Some time in 1844/5, she married Elijah Cagle, where i don’t know. On the estate sale, mostly Brumleys and Hartwicks bought items, which leads credence to the two families being connected. Also was Monden Holland, who may have married a daughter of Leonard Hartwick. I see no record on the Lawrence Co marriage website of the Brumleys and Hartwicks marrying into each others’ families. I know that daughter Keziah Hartwick was born in the 1820’s, and more children were born to Tempe Hartwick thru the 1830’s, per the 1840 Lawrence Co. Census, and the 1850 census of Ripley Co, Mo. any help greatly appreciated… thx… dea

MCANALLY
In the book “The McAnally Family in America” by James L.McAnally the names of individuals buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery of Lawrence County are listed and among them is an individual, John McAnally- Co. F, 146th Indiana Inf., Civil War Vet. This persons death occured in 1914. There must be some family connection to the McAnallys in this area for him to be in this location. John P. McAnally was born in Franklin Co. Indiana married twice in that area of Indiana and raised a family in Henry Co. Indiana. A letter from his daughter-in-law indicates he died in Tn. He was a veteran of the 146th Indian Inf in the civil war so we are very positive that this is a relative of ours. He was 67 year old at his death. Can anyone provide any more information on this individual or his relationship to Lawrence Co. McAnallys? See my web page at http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/m/c/a/John-R-Mcanally/index.html
