Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 11, 1996, at the Humphreys County Funeral Home for Frances Janelle Cook of Camden. Ms. Cook, 40, died Nov. 7. Internment was at Ebenezer Cemetery, with arrangements being made by the Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Ms. Cook was a native of Humphreys County. She was a member of Pentecostal Church of True Living God. Ms. Cook was the daughter of Irene Guthrie Burns of McEwen and the late Genie Jackson. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include a son, Edward Dale Campbell of Camden; step-son Steve Anthony Cook of McEwen; two daughters, Beverly Jane Campbell and Angela Leigh Cook, both of Camden; three brothers, Kenneth D. Jackson of New Johnsonville, Danny Ray Jackson of Waverly and Terry Alan Jackson of McEwen; two sisters, Imogene Rawls of Knoxville and Bertha Jane Bruce of Waverly; one step grandchild; two uncles, four aunts and several cousins. Ms Cook was preceded in death by a sister,Mary Ann Jackson and grandson Bryan Anthony Watson.
