WHEATLEY, Elbert (Rev.) and PATE, Edith (m. 1930)
Announcements have been received of the marriage of Miss Edith PATE to Rev. Elbert WHEATLEY. The ceremony was performed in Sulphur Springs, Texas, on Dec. 31st. Rev. WHEATLEY is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.R. WHEATLEY of this city, and is a young man greatly admired by many friends here. On Jan. 2nd Rev. and Mrs. WHEATLEY left for Plain View, Texas, where he has charge of the First Christian Church.
