Sheriff Sales (July 28, 1876)

In Obedience to an Order made at May Term 1876 of the Circuit court of Bradley county Tennessee I will on the 2 day of September next expose to Sale for cash in hand at the Court House door in Cleveland said county and State the following decribed /sic/ land to-wit one hundred & forty seven acres in the 10th civil district of Bradley County the land upon which James CAPP now lives and bounded on the North and East by the land of S. C. GERREN, on the South by S. M. & J. E. GRIGSBY on the west by Francisco, levied on as the property of James WOODEN to satisfy a Judgement obtained by David BANDY on the 6th day of May 1876 against James WOODEN & Thomas WOODEN. This July 25, 1876, Isaac LOWE, Sheriff.

In Obedience to a Fi Fa made at the May term 1876 of the Circuit court of Bradley County Tennessee, I will on the 2 day of September next expose to sale for cash in hand at the Court House door in Cleveland said county & State the following described house & town lot to-wit: One town lot Situated in the Sixth ward of Cleveland Bradley County Tennessee, Edwards addition to Cleveland, on the Bates road being in the West end of lot No 16 and conveyed by F. E. HARDWICK to J. K. CLINGAN levied on as the property of J. K. CLINGAN to satisfy a Judgement in favor of the state against A. J. LANE, Anderson LANE and J. K. CLINGAN. This July 25th 1876.
