Noted Woman Dead

Nashville, Tenn., Jan. 5. – Mrs. Edith M. ROBERTS is dead in this city, aged 58. She was the wife of the late Albert ROBERTS, a well known newspaper man of this city, who made some reputation by his writings during the civil war under the name of John HAPPY. Mrs. ROBERTS was a niece of Professor Thomas H. HUXLEY, the English scientist. She was born in London.
