Lot for Sale (July 1872)

In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Cleveland, Tenn., at August Term, 1871 and February Term, 1872, I will, on Monday, August 5th,1872, expose to sale, at the court house door in Cleveland, Bradley county, Tennessee, the following town lot in said town, to-wit: One half of lot  No. 64, on Lea street, fronting on said street 106 feet, running back 210 feet, being the south half of said lot, in which dower has been assigned to Isabella J. Leeder, and to be sold subject to the incumberance of said dower. Said sale will be made for 20 per cent down, the remainder in six months time, with note and security, and a lien retained on said lot until paid for–said note to draw interest from date.
