CATE & KENEY vs. William STANDFIELD

In this cause it appearing by affidavit that the defendant, Wm STANFIELD is justly indebted to the plaintiffs and is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served on him and an original attachment having been served on his property: It is, therefore, ordered that publication be made in the Cleveland Banner, a newspaper published in Cleveland, for four successive weeks, commanding said William STANFIELD to appear before me or some other Justice of the Peace, at my office in Cleveland, Bradley county, Tennessee, on the 30th day of July, 1872, and make defense to said suit against him or it will be proceeded with ex parte.
