GARRET, William (d. 1897)

Died From His Wounds

William GARRET, who was shot near Kingston, in a quarrel by Robert L. McGUFFIN, workhouse commissioner of Roane county, died from his wounds.  It is said there was a grudge of longstanding between the men.
