Fred RIGSBY Returns to Pikeville (1906)
We have stated that Fred RIGSBY had moved to Tyners. We thought he had, but his father-in-law, Mr. Eph HIXSON, said they got a message that the flour mill he was going to run had burned down, and Fred had returned to Pikeville. Anyway he will get the Times. (pg. 3)
