Miss Elizabeth C. TAYLOR of Jefferson City, Tenn., has located as Public Stenographer in the Kingsport Times office. Miss TAYLOR was formerly a member of the faculty of Carson-Newman College, Jefferson City. She is also a cousin of the late Gov. Robert L. TAYLOR. Miss TAYLOR is a stenographer of ability and anyone in need of stenographic service will do well to call on Miss TAYLOR, Times office, phone 136, Kingsport, Tenn.
