W.L. and Susan BROWN vs John and Mary FOGGETT and others

In this cause James L. KIRBY, administrator of the estate of Stephen BEARD, deceased, John McPHERSON administrator of the estate of James S. BRADFORD, deceased, Samuel HUNT and J.H. GANT, parties defendants to said suit has on the 29th day of February, 1872, filed their answers in the nature of cross bills against the said William L. and Susan BROWN and others, and said bills being sworn to from which it appears that the said William L. BROWN and Susan BROWN are both non-residents of the State of Tennessee:

It is, therefore, ordered that publication be made in the Cleveland Banner, a newspaper published in Cleveland, Bradley county, Tennessee, for four consecutive weeks, notifying said non-resident defendants to appear before the Chancery court, at a court to be held in the court house in Cleveland, Tennessee, on the 4th Monday of August next, to plead, answer or otherwise make defence to complainants bill or the same will be taken for confessed and set for hearing ex parte as to them.
