Frances R. CHAPPELL, et aj vs. Charles d. RICHARDS, III, et al In Chancery Court Part II at Bristol, Sullivan County Tenn. To Charles D. RICHARDS, III, Mona T. RICHARDS and Gail RICHARDS. In this cause it appearing from the bill which is sworn to that Charles D. RICHARDS, III, Mona T. RICHARDS and Gail RICHARDS defendant, are non-residents of the State, they are therefore, hereby required to appear on or before the third Monday of January next, before the Clerk and Master of said Court, at his office in Bristol, Tenn., and make defense to the bill will be taken for confessed. It is further ordered that this notice be published for four consecutive weeks in the Kingsport Post, Kingsport, Tennessee. This the 4th day of December, 1967. Ted H.
