Brinsley Payne Sentenced (1866)

We learn from the Nashville Press and Times of the 28th ult., that Brinsley PAYNE, citizen employee of the United States, has been sentenced by court martial to be hung on the 15th inst. in that city, for the killing of a negro named Jack MANLEY.
