Page 596: 6th July 1868: Ordered by the Court that E. Warren; John Mann; H. S. Moody; J. B. Jetton and John King be appointed a jury of view to view out a road, commencing at the five mile post on the road leading from Brownsville to Henry Johnson’s, running thence north, on the east boundary line of the HUT tract of land, thence on the line between John and James Mann’s lands – north to Henderson’s Ferry, or the most practiable and direct rout [sic] and report to next Quarterly Term of this Court.
