An application to open up a new road on the line of Mrs. Sarah S. Boyd, James Currie and the heirs of Wm. A. Moody, dec’d, were served notice of the change, and a Jury of View was appointed, that included Capt. J. Arbuckle; Jno. C. Davis; James Shirley; R. G. Marbery and R. Trotman; to lay out the line of the road.
