SALE OF PAPER; CHATTANOOGA TIMES — Editor John R. GREEN, of the Brownsville States Graphic announces the sale of his newspaper to his son, J. D. GREEN and H. M. JACKSON, and retires permanently from the newspaper business.
SOUTH HATCHIE NEWS —
Miss Jennie MARTIN returned home Saturday from visiting her sister, Mrs. LEGGET, of Alamo.
Mrs. V. A. TANNER is quite sick at present, hope she will soon recover.
The Funeral Service of Mrs. J. C. WILSON, will be preached at Spring by Rev. ACUFF, Maury City, the 5th Sunday in May.
Miss Willie Sue McCOOL is visiting her friend, Miss Norma COLLIER, of Brownsville.

Mr. & Mrs. James Clinton TOTTEN announce the approaching marriage of their niece, Lillie Robinson HAMILTON to Edward Austin RICHARDSON. The ceremony will take place April 29th at the Presbyterian Church, Holly Springs, Miss., at 5 p. m. Mr. RICHARDSON is the son of the late T. E. RICHARDSON.
