BREWER, I’m looking for any and all information on Margaret Elizabeth Brewer, b. Jan. 31, 1875, probably in Hawkins County. At any rate, the family was in Hawkins Co. for a good while. Margaret’s siblings: Dora (married Kester Trent), Nan (married a Wolfe), Sally, Laura, Tom, Mac and Bob. I think their father may have been one of the William Brewers, but I’m not sure which one. Their grandfather might have been Millenton Brewer. Margaret married a Joe Guinn after her first husband, name unknown, died. Margaret’s child by the first marriage was Mattie, and by the second marriage, Roberta Myrtle and Viola Mae. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Elizabeth SIMPSON was the daughter of William T. SIMPSON and Tempa BESHEARS. The other SIMPSON children were Albert L. and Permelia Simpson KIRKPATRICK SALMONS. The SIMPSONS moved to Hawkins Co. in about 1845 from Rockingham Co., NC. William T. was from Ireland and Tempa was from England. All of these families moved to Pulaski Co., KY in 1852.
