Filed and Proven: November 1, 1875

I Clinton Lee do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First — I direct that my funeral expenses and all just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executors.

Secondly — I give and bequeath to David Lee, my son, and one dollar of my real estate and also I bequeath unto Martha Wright, my daughter, one dollar of my real estate.

I bequeath unto Sarah Ann Mefford, my daughter, one dollar of my real estate.

I bequeath unto William Lee, my son, and the youngest daughter will and unto each of them one dollar of my real estate.

I will and bequeath unto Gr__ F. Lee, all of my real estate and two hundred and eighty acres of land more or less.

Also I will and bequeath unto Gr__ F. Lee, and his heirs and assignees forever.

I do hereby nominate and appoint Thomas C. Miller my executors.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this the 18th day of February 1870.
