No disrespect for the persons listed below is inferred by this transcriber, as this is a transcription of books as they are. The number after the cemetery name indicates the number of pages that were transcribed. The directions on how to get to the cemeteries are also from that time before the freeway system was constructed and before many of today's housing developments.
