ABRAM RUSHING TO PHILIP RUSHING
To all people to Whom These presents Shall Come I Abraham Rushing Do Send Greeting know ye that I the Said Abraham Rushing of the State of North Carolina in the County of Anson planter for and in Consideration of the Love Good Will towards my Son Phillip Rushing of the Same State and County have Given and granted and by these presents Do freely give and Grant Unto the Said Phillip Rushing his heirs Executors or administrators all and Singular One hundred acres of Land it being the upper part of my Survey of Two Hundred Acres Begining at a Stake then No. 33 East to a Stake and 3 Black Oaks & two a Turkey Oak So. 57 East 44 Chains & 73 Links to a Stake and 2 Hickorys A Black Oak then So. 33 West to a Stake the Crossing the Creek to the Begining Station of Which Before the Signing of these presents I have Delivered him the Said Phillip Rushing an Inventory Signed with my own hand and bearing Date One thousand Seven hundred & Eighty Nine to have and to hold all the Said Land to him the Said Phillip Rushing his heirs Execrs. & Administrators from henceforth to be his property absolutely without any manner of Condition in Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Tenth Day of January One thousand Seven hundred & Eighty Nine
