ABRAM RUSHING TO WM. RUSHING
To all people to whom these presents Shall Come I Abraham Rushing Do Send Greeting Know ye that I the Sd. Abraham Rushing of the State of North Carolina in the County of Anson planter for and in Consideration of the Love Good Will and affection which I Do bear towards My Son William Rushing of the Same State and County have given and granted and by these presents Do freely give and grant unto the Said William Rushing his heirs & Executors or Administrators all and Singular One Hundred acres of Land Taken of From my Survey of two hundred acres it being the Lower part Begining at a White Oak thence North 33 East to a Stake then South 57 East Crossing the Creek to a Stake and in the third Line of the Sd. Survey then South 33 West to a Stake and 3 pines then North 57 West to the Begining Station of which Before the Signing of these presents I have Delivered him the Said William Rushing an Inventory Signed with my own hand Bearing Date One Thousand Seven Hundred & Eighty Nine to have and to hold all the Said Land to him the Said William Rushing his heirs Execrs. or adminrs. from henceforth to be his property Absolutely without any manner or Condition in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this tenth Day of January One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Nine
