J. M. CRAIG
On motion J. B. TATUM was this day appointed Administrator of the Estate of J. M. CRAIG deceased whereupon the said J. B. TATUM came into Court and was duly Qualified and entered into Bond in the sum of Four thousand dollars with JOHN W. BAILEY and D. PENNINGTON as his securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and It was further ordered that Letters of Administration Issue to the said J. B. TATUM

Ordered by the Court that JOHN W. BAILEY, JACK THOMAS and WILLIAM SPRAGGINGS be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to Lay off and set apart one years support for MRS. CRAIG widow of J. M. CRAIG deceased and for the family and said allowance must be taken from the Estate of J. M. CRAIG deceased Exclusive of what is allowed by Law.
