Ordered by the Court that J. H. FARMER be appointed administrator of T. T. REDDICK Deceased.

Whereupon the said J. H. FARMER Came into Court entered into and acknowledged his Bond in the Sum of Fifteen hundred dollars with W. N. BEASLY and J. H. REDDICK as his securities which Bond was severally acknowledged in open Court approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded. Said FARMER was duly qualified and ordered that Letters of administration issue to him.

Ordered by the Court that W. M. WALKER, H. C. JONES and HENRY WHITE be appointed Commissioners to Lay off and set apart one years allowance for MARY JANE REDDICK widow of T. T. REDDICK Deceased out of the assets of said estate Exclusive of what the Law allows and report to the next term of this Court.

Monday, August 5th A.D. 1872

The Commissioners appointed by the Court to set apart one year supplies for the family of T. T. REDDICK Dec made the following report.

We the Commissioners appointed by the Court of said County to set apart one year supplies for the family of T. T. REDDICK Dec, Six in number Do agree and set apart the following articles To wit
All of the Corn and fodder on hand
All of the Meat and Lard on hand
50 lb Coffee, 100 lb sugar
40 Gals Molasses, 28 lb salt
500 lb Flour, For Sundries in Money 500 in Money

J. H. FARMER Administrator of the Estate of T. T. REDDICK deceased this day personally appeared before me FRANCIS J. WOOD Clerk of Crockett County Court and suggested in writing the Insolvency of said Estate.

It is therefore ordered that he make publication in Neals State Gazett a News paper published in the Town of Dyersburg and Advertise at the Court House doore in the Town of Alamo County seat of Crockett County for all persons having claims against said Estate to file them duly authenticated according to law on or before 1 day of July 1873

On motion H. H. MAHEN was this day appointed Administrator of JOHN RALLS deceased whereupon the said H. H. MAHEN came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of one hundred dollars with W. A. JOHNSON and T. F. CONLEY as his securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and orderd to be recorded the said H. H. MAHON was duly Qualified as the Law directs and It is further ordered that Letters of Administration Issue to H. H. MAHON as such Administrator

The settlement of H. S. RANDLE Guardian of ST. ELMO, H. W. and A. G. RANDLE made with the Clerk of this Court Oct 19th 1882 was this day confirmed and recorded

St. Elmo, Harris Dewitt & Ewell Get Randle were the children of Henry Smith Randle & Annie Courts Williams. Their mother died before 1877, and their father died in 1930, so the H. S. Randle may be their father. Henry Smith Randle married second to Zilphia Stallings.

The undersigned would most respectfully report to the court that from the deposition of P. B. NANCE and T. G. JOHNSON now filed with the papers in this cause that one Hundred and Thirty five Dollars would be a reasonable compensation for J. W. WILLIAMS for his services as the administrator of the estate of HUGH RAINES Deceased for winding up said estate, as he has had some trouble and law suits in winding up said estate all of which is most respectfully submitted this the 7th day of October 1889.

ALSEY RAINS to sum of $4.70 for the use of ALLICE KIRKSEY a minor heir to said estate of HUGH RAINS Deceased for the purpose of mantaining the said ALLICE KIRKSEY as the amount is all she will have from said estate and is two small to pay the expences of a Guardian and she is an orphan in the case of the said ALSEY RAINS and he is a suitable person to take care of the above amount for the Heir ALLICE KIRKSEY, he taking ALSEY RAINS receipt for the same.

This day MILES W. PIPKINS an orphan child the age of three years on 31 day of Oct 1883 was brought into Court by MILES PRIVETT a citizen of this County. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the estate of said child is of so small a value that no person will educate and maintain him for the profits thereof. It is therefore directed by the Court that he be apprenticed to the said MILES PRIVETT to learn the occupation of farmer, until he shall attain the age of twenty one years upon the said MILES PRIVETT entering into bond… with WILLIAM PRIVETT and Z. And it was further ordered that Notice issue to AMY SCALES Witness on behalf of the State to make her personal appearance at the Court House in the Town of Alamo, on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in October next to give evidence in behalf of the State, This she shall in no wise? omit under the penalty prescribed by Law.
