WATKINS be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to lay off and set apart one years support out of the Estate of ROBERT EMERSON for MRS. LUTICIA EMERSON exclusive and aside of what is exempt from Execution and some species of property must be set aside to purchase such things as are not on hand.

T., MARGARET, MARTHA J., MARLEY E. one years support beg leave to submit the following articles and amounts to wit 75 Bbls of Corn 1200 lb pork 800 lb flour 20 gallons Lard 40 hallons Molasses 50 lb Coffee 100 lb Sugar 15 lbs soda 3 lb blk pepper 3 lb spice 2 lb of ginger 5 gallons vinegar 1 Bbl of salt 5 burpeas? 15 lb wool 30 lb Lent Cotton 1 bale of Cotton to furnish shoes cloting &c; all of which is respectfully submitted.

This day Came on this Cause to be heard and the defendant having been Solmly called to come into Court as he was this day in duty came? to do to answer the State of Tennessee on a charge of Bastardy with HARRIET BEASLEY according to the tenor of his appearance Bond came not but made default and the said JOHN EDNEY his Security having been Solmly called to come into Court and bring with him the body of GEORGE EDNEY comes not but made default.

It is therefored considered by the Court that the said GEORGE EDNEY and his surety for the default aforesaid do forfit and pay to the State of Tennessee the sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars according to the tenor and effect of their Bond taken by T. F. CONLEY, J. P. for Crockett County unless they show good cause to the contrary and that that sara? facias? Issue against them to appear at the next term of this Court and show cause if any they have why this Judgement should not be final.
