This land was in the 6th didtrict of Crockett County bounded thusly: North by J. P. PARKER, E. T. AUSTIN, W. J. ROBERTS, Thomas Cook and Town of Alamo–South by T. F. CONLEY, Francis CLARK — West by P. F. CONLEY, Thomas COOK, Acrel MIDGETT and W. J. ROBERTS. Therefore ordered that Francis CLARK, Matterson GREGORY and W. A. JOHNSON, City surveyor, divide land into seven equal parts and report to the next term of Court.

On motion MRS. E. L. GREEN was this day appointed Guardian of EUGENIA GREEN, PARRIS WOOD, HENRY B. GREEN, B. J. GREEN, W. B. GREEN, L. V. GREEN, and D. S. GREEN thereupon the said E. L. GREEN came into Court entered into Bond and acknowledged the same in the sum of Two thousand Dollars with W. W. HALL, W. J. DAVIS and B. H. HARMON as her securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which is approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded The said E. L. GREEN was duly qualified according to Law.

In this cause it is ordered by the Court that the Clerk & Master be required to Cause MARY J. GRAVES the Administrator of W. L. GRAVES to come before him and by proof show to the Court as near as she can the Indebetedness of her intestate Estate and to whom said in debetedness is going also to show the amount of the personal assetts which is solvent that has come in to her hand & control Furthermore the Clerk to take proof & report as to any State & County taxes due on said Land and report to the January term 1876 of this Court.
