Ordered by the Court that J. FRANK ROBERTSON be and is hereby appointed Guardian for MOSETTE ROBERTSON, ASA L. ROBERTSON, MARY E. ROBERTSON Minor heirs of M. W. ROBERTSON. Whereupon the said J. F. ROBERTSON came into Court and Entered into three Bonds one of Fifteen hunderd Dollars and the other two three thousand Dollars Each and gave J. H. PERRY and JOHN LYONS as his securities which Bonds were severally acknowledged in open Court approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and the oath was duly administered to the said J. F. ROBERTSON.

Your Petitioner respectfully ask an order of your Worshipful Court autherising F. J. WOOD Clerk of said Court to Charge me with Two hundred and seventy dollars and fifty seven cents in my settlement as Guardian of MARY E. ROBERTSON now MARY E. NANCE and Guardian of ASA ROBERTSON Each minor heirs of M. W. ROBERTSON deceased also to charge me with one hundred and Eighteen dollars and Eighty six cents $118.86 in my settlement as Guardian of M. E. ROBERTSON now M. E. NANCE and Credit my account with one hundred and Eighteen dollars and Eighty six cents as Guardian of MOSETTE ROBERTSON Each heirs of M. W. ROBERTSON decd.
This request is made in Compliance with a decree made by your Worshipful County Court on the 2 day of december 1872 in the Case of P. B. NANCE & wife MOLLIE E. NANCE vs MOSETTA ROBERTSON, ASA ROBERTSON and J F. ROBERSON. See Minute Book page 134 & 135
