Tuesday the 3rd day of December 1878
Ordered by the Court that T. E. NOEL, G. W. MOSS and R. N. McCLELLAN be and are hereby appointed commissioners to lay off and set apart one years support for MRS. BELL and family out of the Estate of R. H. BELL decd. Exclusive of what is exempt from Execution by the laws of Tennessee and report to the next term of this Court.
