Governor Patterson Extends Executive Clemency to Bradley County Man.
The following item from the Nashville Banner concern’s a well known Bradley county man: William Kerr, of Bradley county, convicted in September, 1908, charged with lewdness, sentenced to ninety days and fined $50 and costs. Petitioner has been in the workhouse nearly three months. The workhouse commissioners and county officials certify to the worthiness of the petitioner. He is pardoned and relived of his fine.
