[Envelope is addressed to “M.E.G[?] Riley in Cear of Wm. Richmon.” The Clerk has added: “Read 1st time & preffered to Com. on New Counties, County lines.”]

We the under sined Citizens of Bradley Cty & State of Tennessee & of the 3 Civil District of the Cty Afore Said doo per tishon the honor Able Boddy of the Legislature of the State Afore said to devide the third Civil District of said County & run the line East & West thrue the Senter or as near as Convenant withe the Lines & the north end to Bee the 13 district Y to Appoint three Citizen of the now e District to diveded. And for the place of holding Elictions We her give you the naming of three Citizens well quallified to fill that Station. Wm. Hum Bard, Esq. Henry Kinser, Esq. John T.[?] Matthis & furnish us with Books for two new Jestises of the Peas with an order to the Sherriff to open & hold an election in each district for one Jestis of the Peas & Constable in the south end wilkis[?] the 3 district.
