By order of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Cleveland I send you the following Resolution which was addopted by them Nov. 29th 1859.

Resolved
That we the Mayor & Aldermen of the Town of Cleveland express to the Legislature now convened at Nashville thru our representative Mr. R.R. Harris, that we cordially sanction and highly approve of the passage of a certain Bill offered in the State Senate by Mr. Bradford giving to the Incorporated Citties & villages the privilege of Voting upon all applications to Retail Liquor in their corporate limits.
