4 Saterday in January 1856 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened the doors for the reception of members and received by Experience Sarah N. Legg and Elizabeth Jane Legg two Sisters 4 letters granted to J. Young and wife & Miriam King lettered then Dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in Febuary 1856 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members none came 2nd the church took a vote for Brother S.A. Blair to take the pastiroial care of the church for the ensuing year
[P-48] and the vote was unanomus for Brother Blair then dismised in order letters of dismission granted John Nelson & wife Archibald F. Garald Mod protem John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in March 1856 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reciption of members none came forward 2nd the church cauled on Brother Blair for an answer whether he would take the pastorial care of the church for the ensuring year and he agrees to do so 3d a letter of dismission Cauled for and granted then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod J. Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in April 1856 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opend doors for members none came 2nd agreed to have hur next meeting a communion season and petition ministerial and Brother L. Tipton, J.L. Burns then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod J. Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in May 1856 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members none came then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod J. Stanfield C. Clk.

4th Saterday in August 1856 the church met & after Worship set in conferance 1st opened the doors for the reception of members & received by letter George W. Cavett & wife Nancy Cavett 2nd on motion & second we apoint our Delegates to our next association to wit Asa F Garald & D. McDowel & in case of failure C. Tillery & we send $1.00 contribution for associational expences 3rd by motion of Asa F. Garald that the church sell hur house & lot at Limestone & apoint as hur agents Daniel McDowel & Davis Prady to sell & report, that is, first to pay to Asa F. Garald & D. McDowel ten dollars to take upto the association to redeem the pledge of the church expences if so much got & to pay to Asa F. Garald ten dollars if so much got, or as much as may be got, & the Balance, if aney returned to the church, & report to the next church meeting there procedings
[P-50] 4th then the church took up the case of Sister Rachel Gee for Joining the Methodist & by the act of the church the[y] Exclude hur then dismised in order S.J. Blair Moderator John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in September 1856 the church met & after worship dismised in order on Sabbath letters of dismission was granted to G.M. Cavett & wife Nancy Cavett & Wm. R. Cavett then dismised in order No Moderator John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in October 1856 the church met and after Worship set in conferance 1st Opened doors for the reception of members & received by letter Charlotte Israel & Margaret Rogers then dismised & during the meeting protracted some days received by Experience and Baptism William Geren, Anna Ingle, Bethanial Teague then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
4 Saterday in November the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opend for the reception of members & received by letter Susan Haggard on Sabbath received by Experience & Baptism Permelia Fitzgarald & Parrish Garner then dismised in order S.J. Blair mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
[P-51] 4th Saterday in December 1856 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st Opened doors for the recption of members none came 2nd dismised in order S.J. Blair, Mod J. Stanfield, C. Clk. 1857 4th Saterday in January 1857 the church met and after Worship set in conference 1st Opened doors for the reception of members & none came then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod J. Stanfield C. Clk. 1857
4th Saterday in Feb the church met and after worship set in conferance 2nd Brother D. McDowel reports the sale of the Limestone meeting house for twenty five dollars and appropriated fourteen dollars according to the Order of the church the letters of dismission to Brother M.M. Cate & wife church then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod J. Stanfield C. Clk.
[P-52] 4th Saterday in March 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st proceded to Elect a pastor for the ensuing year and Elected Archibald F. Garald 2nd took up the case of sister Nelly Branham and argued the case and refered the case over until next meeting 3d apointed Brothers D. McDowel & J. Stanfield to attend to getting lumber for seats & the church agrees that Brother J.H. Thompson have liberty of selecting an assistant in making the seats & the[y] agree to hold their communion in may then dismised in order Arch F. Garald Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in April 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members & received by letter Gilbert Paggett & wife Milly Paggett took up the refferance from last meeting the case of Nelly Branham for not attending church & moving & not cauling for for a letter which case came before the church & the absenting member excluded 3rd changed the stated meeting day from the 4th saterday to the 2nd Saterday after the next meeting 4th petioned misterial help from friendship church Bro. D. Prady bears the message A. F. Garald mod S.C. Geren Assistant C. Clk.
[P-53] 4th Saterday in May 1857 the church met & after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members & received none 2nd the church agree to make up the amount to defray the expences of the seats then dismised in order A. F. Garald mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
2nd Saterday in June 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members none came, then dismissed in order Archibald F. Garald Mod J. Stanfield C. Ck.
2nd Saterday in July 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the recption of members none came then dismissed in order Archibald Fitzgerald Moderator S.C. Geren Assist C. Clk.
2nd Saterday in August 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members none came 2nd apointed delegate To the association to wit John Stanfield and Charles Champion to bear our letter then dismissed in order Sabbath opened doors and received by experience Jane Pritchet Archibald F garald mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
[P-54] 2nd Saterday in September 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members and received by letter Rachel Haggard 2nd 7 letters of dismission granted to Brother Teague and family the church agrees to hold a protracted meeting in November then dismised in order A. F. Garald Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
2nd Saterday in October 1857 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members none came 2nd granted Margaret Rogers letter of dismission then dismissed in order A. Fitzgarald Mod John Stanfield C. Clerk
2nd Saterday in November 1857 the church met & after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members none came then dismissed in order on Sabbath granted letter of dismission to sister Matilda Thompson A. Fitzgarald Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
