4th Saterday in February 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance first opened doors for the reception of members and received Lucinda Pervine By Letter and Margaret Rogers by Experience then dismised in order Wm. Wall Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in March 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the receptions of members non came forward on Sabbath opened doors & received William R. Cavett by letter then dismissed in order Wm. Wall Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in April 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members and the church agree that the receive Brother D. Pradys Letter back again & 2nd the church chose Brother Daniel McDowell as a Deacon and chose for Presbetry Wm. Wall & John J. Pierce, & S.D. F Gerald, Asa F gerald agree to have our communion season at our next meeting we agree to invite Shilo & Corrinth & Mouse Creek to seats with us then dismised in order on sabath recevd by letter John Engle, Fetna Engle, Permela Engle Wm. 4th Saterday in June 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for members none came forward on Sabbath opened doors again and received by letter two coullard persons Brother Ephraim and his wife Fanny then dismised in order J.A. Mathews Mod J. Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in July 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members and none come forward 2nd Apointed deligates to our next association to wit John Stanfield, John Branham and Daniel McDowel alternate then dismised in order Wm. 4th Saterday in August 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members & none came forward 2 letters of dismission was cauled for & granted Benj Harden, Nancy Harden, James Philips then dismised in order Wm. Wall Mod. John Stanfield C. Clk.
[P-42] 1st Saterday in November 1854 the church met and after Worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the recption of members and received by Experience Catherine Geren and received a certificate from Alexandren Cavett certifying that a part of the body of White Plains church held a protracted meeting at Yonces school house on the second saterday in October 1854 & received by letter Nancy A. Walker by Enrolment James Thompson and Mary Jane Perryen, Lucinda Perryen, Lucinda Pritchett, Caroline Thompson, John H. Thompson the meeting protracted during the meeting received by Experience Worley, Linville & Richard Davis & Betty Perren, Elizabeth Perren by letter James M. Cavett by Enrolment Iisabell Castiller then dismised in order Asa F. Gurald mo protem J. Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in November 1854 the church met & after worship set in conferance 1stpetitioned Brother Blair to the pastorial care of the church then dismised in order Asa F. Garald Mod protem John Stanfield Clk. November on Sunday received by Experience & Baptism Pemelia Fitzgarald P[arrish] Garnier
[P-43] 4th Saterday in December 1854 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1stopened the doors for the reception of members none came forward & on Sabbath opened the doors for the reception of members & received by letter George R.Teague & Elizabeth Teague & Mathias Teague & Mary Jane Teague & Samuel Teague then dismised in order Asa F. Garald Mod protem John Stanfield C. Clk.
4th Saterday in January 1855 the church met & after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members & received none 2nd A. F.Garald to select 3 members as a commity for the church to select a pastor for the year 1855 and chose Brother D. McDowel, Wm. Denton, C. Tillery To report on tomorrow the[y] also on Sabbath reported that the[y] select Brother S.J. Blair & Brother Blair agrees to take the pastorial care the ensuing year then dismised in order Archibald F. Gerald mod protem M.M. Haggard Clerk protem
4th Saterday in February 1855 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st report was made that from publik reports Sister Mary Graham is charged with dancing the church apoint Sisters Elizabeth Geren and Anna Geren to go and talk to hur & to invite hur to come to the church & tell the church about the report at the next meeting 2nd report was made that from publik record report that Brother Isaac Thompson has been charged with drinking to get drunk and apoint Brothers John Saterfield & M.M. Haggard to go and talk to him and invite him to come to the church and tell about the charge at the next meeting S.J. Blair Moderator J. Stanfield C. Clerk
[P-44] 4th Saterday in March the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members & none came forward 2nd By report of Brother Haggard that Brother Davis had been charged of lying the church then took up the case and the church Say the[y] Exclude him 3d the comitty from last meeting report the case eof Brother Thompson for drinking to get drunk the church then took up the charge and refer the case until next meeting in April for the testiemony of Jonathan Denton & Montgomery Friddle in the case 4th report from the committy to see Sister Graham on a report for dancing the church say the[y] Exclude hur on Sabbath the[n] called the church to order & appointed Brother John Stanfield & James Newel to go and invite Johnathan Denton & Montgomery Friddle to come & give Evidence in the case of Brother Thompson then dismised in order S.J. Blair Moderator John Stanfield C. Clerk
4th Saterday in April 1855 the church met & after worship set in conferance 1st Opened doors for the reception of members & received M.M. Cate ordained as deacon & wife Francis Cate by letter 2nd Took up the charge of Brother Thompson & refer the case to the Committee for testimony & after hearing the testimony say the[y] Exclude him from hur boddy 3d the church apoint a committee Brother Newel & Brother Wm. Denton to go & invite Brother Young to the next meeting to give satisfaction for a contradiction the church agree hold her communon searson at hur next meeting & invite ministeral aid Brothers J. Mathews & Tipton then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod John Stanfield C. Clerk
[P-45] 4th Saterday in May 1855 the church met & after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members & received by letters Brother Charles Champion & wife Sarah Champion 2nd refferance cauled for then took up the charge of Brother Young for contradiction and upon action of the church upon satisfaction being made then the[y] acquit him from the charge then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod John Stanfield C. Clerk On the 31st day of May a meeting was held at Brother Davis Pradys by request the doors of the church were opened and received by Experience & Baptism Elizabeth Prady, Asa F. Garald
4th Saterday in August 1855 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members and received Amanda Everet on the credit of a letter 2nd apointed delagets to the association to wit Asa Fitzgarald, James Newel & C.D. Champion in case of failure contribution $1.00 3d we agree to hold a protracted commencing the 1st saterday in October and we envite Ministeral and Brethern J.L. Burns, L.D. Tipton, J. Miller 4th apoint Brother Asa F. Garald to attend the completion of the shed then dismised in order S.J. Blair mod J. Stanfield C. Clerk
[P-46] 1855 4th Saterday in September the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st Granted letters of dismission to David Morton and Sarah & Ann Morton 2nd Brother Wm. M. Haggard stated that evil reports were in circulation against Daniel Woodruff about a year ago He told him that he ought to come to the church and show by his conduct that he was innocent he had not attended our meetings for some months before and has not attended since and has left the country the case was laid over until next meeting 3d A resolution was passed that Brother Stanfield be permitted to choose an assistant then dismised in order S.J. 1st Saterday in October 1855 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for the reception of members and received by letter Thomas Kimbrough and Elizabeth Kimbrough 2nd took up the case of Brother Daniel Woodruff and the church say Exclude him from hur body 3d took up the resolution pased at last meeting for assistant Clerk and Simeon Geren being the choise made the church apoint him assistant clerk the meeting protracted and during the meeting opened the doors for members & received Sarah Teage, Cary Fitzgarald by Experience Ervin Wood by credit of letter & letter of dismisal granted to Anna Morton then dismised
[P-47] 4th Saterday in November 1855 the church met and after worship set in conferance 1st opened the doors of the church for the reception of members and received by Experience and Baptism Mary A. Stanfield, Martha Haggard, Hiram King, Rachel Gee then dismised in order S.J. Blair Mod John Stanfield C. Clk.
