September Sesession 1795 – pg. 1
- On motion of John CRAIG ordered that he have liberty to build a public mill on his own land on Pistol Creek.
- On motion of Matthew WALLACE ordered that he have his mark and brand recorded, to wit, two half crops of each ear.
- Power of attorney from Jane BOGLE to Andrew BOGLE was proved in open court and admitted to record.
- John COCHRAN’s cattle mark was recorded; a swallowfork in the left ear and a crop and slit in the right ear.
- The will of Josias MARTIN was produced in court and proved by James SCOTT, who said that he saw John WALLACE make his mark as a concurring witness...James SCOTT, William HUTTON & Joseph MARTIN were appointed executor, but James SCOTT & William HUTTON refused to serve.
