GARDNER, David (Mrs.) – (d. 1882)
Title: Death of Mrs. David Gardner
On the evening of the 19th inst., on Six-Mile Creek, the attention of Mrs. GARDNER was called to the yard for some purpose, and being seen by her husband to sink down, he ran to her relief with restoratives and soon had her removed into the house, but very soon she expired: supposed to have been heart disease. She was about sixty years of age and a daughter of the late Thomas THOMPSON, and was an excellent woman and a member of the M.E. Church. She was buried at Carpenter’s Campground, on the 21st inst., a large concourse of neighbors, friends and kindred being present.
