The following photos were submitted by Brandi Hargrove. They were from the personal library of her great-grandfather, Frank Gracey Jarrell, worked for the Works Project Administration as a clerk in Nashville. These are from the 1930’s at the Browns’ School and the Alnwick School.
These are from the WPA Hot Lunch program in Blount County.
