James Ward, age 85, of Clinton, passed away Monday, Feb. 5, 2001 at his home.
He was a member of Edgemoor Baptist Church and F&AM Lodge 376.
Survivors: Wife of 64 years, Maude S. Ward; son, Richard Scott Ward of Clinton; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Thalle and Herbert Goben of Heiskell; grandson, Josh Matthew Goben, niece, Jane Souther of Louisville; nephews, Robert Calloway of East Flat Rock, NC and Freddie Calloway of Hendersonville, NC.
The graveside service was private but friends called at their convenience 2-5 pm Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001 at Woodhaven Funeral Home, 160 Edgemoor Road
