LIVERMORE, William Robertson, foundry and machine business; born Memphis, Tenn., August 29, 1875; son of Col. A.S. and Leila (Robertson) LIVERMORE; Scotch-Irish descent; educated Memphis city schools, Christian Brothers College; graduated Watson’s Business College; married Mamie Caroline HACKETT, October 9, 1905; ex-active member old Chickasaw Guard Military Company; associated with Edwin P. Ansley Real Estate Company and the Realty Trust Company of Atlanta, Ga., till 1908, when he entered into the building and contracting business with D.J. LEE; he returned to Memphis, February, 1910, to accept position of Secretary and Treaurer of the Livermore Foundry Company, which position he now holds.
