Heirs of Moses Davis Survey State of Tennessee Second District
By Virtue of an entry No. 782 dated the 3rd September 1808 founded on a Military Warrant No. 3739 for 640 acres of land issued by the State of North Carolina to the heirs of Moses Davis, I have Surveyed for the heirs of Moses Davis Two Hundred acres of land part of the above Warrant in Warren County Situate in the seventh fractional Section in fractional range in the 2d District and on both sides of the barren fork of Collins River Beginning on a post Oak 95 poles South of the One Mile tree of said Section on the Eastern boundary line of said District running thence West fifty chains to a Post Oak among pointers thence South forty chains to an Elm near the bank of the River thence east fifty chains to a black Oak in the 2d District line thence with it to the beginning Surveyed September 19th 1808,
