In 1834 he was married in Snow Creek, Tennessee to Martha Brown, daughter of Maurice Brown
and Katherine Hughes. Martha was born in 1806 in Amherst County Virginia.

Blanton Clark and Lydia Ann Lee. The photo was taken in Richmond, Virginia.
assumed this was in Tennessee because his elder sister was born in Jackson Co., and
his next younger sibling was born in Putnam Co.
